To start a business you should know about stages in the business. Starting from the lowest level, namely: Mastery, Niche, Leverage, Team. From the start, that’s my standard for developing my business. You guys already must knew about this 6 steps of brad sugar but let’s refresh our minds again.

Mastery Level is the early days of our business where we were trying hard so that our business could survive. It can be stabilized. We tried hard to adjust the time, making a profit, also attracted customers as much as we can. The point is so that our business is running or stable.
