Issues that related to the human resources (HR) is currently experiencing a decline in the priority list of the company’s executive. A recent survey found that risk management has taken over the attention of the top management priority in the world of business. An annual survey that organized by Accenture on 436 leaders in America, Europe and Asia, is trying to look at greatest concern areas among the senior management. The aim is to understand how their priorities can be shifted since the last three years.

After managing the risk, the next most important priority is to achieve growth as well as improving the profitability. Following on the next sequence is to obtain new customers and using IT for reducing the costs and create the value. Changes in organizational culture and employee attitudes is ranked fifth on the list, followed by the need for improving loyalty and customer’s retention, enhance the company’s performance, increase the value of shareholder, using innovation to maintain the competence and, finally, encouraging and maintaining the expertise of the employees.
